About Trua Clinic

Trua Clinic is a specialist trichology and hair loss clinic based in Fairview, Dublin 3. We provide personalised consultations and evidence-based treatments for scalp and hair concerns. As part of our next phase of growth, we are expanding our services, increasing clinic capacity, and opening the clinic to complementary practices such as skincare and aesthetics.

This role is central to bringing the clinic to the next level.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Manager / Lead Practitioner to oversee the day-to-day running of the clinic and play a key role in its growth and expansion.

The successful candidate will manage daily operations, support and coordinate our consultants, perform treatments where required, and actively drive the clinic towards full capacity by expanding operating hours, increasing bookings, and onboarding new consultants and complementary practices.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

Oversee the day-to-day running of Trua Clinic in Fairview.

Ensure smooth clinic operations, high standards of client care, and compliance with procedures.

Manage clinic schedules, room utilisation, and opening hours with the aim of expanding to 7-day operation.

Ensure consultation rooms and treatment areas are used efficiently.

Clinical & Treatment Duties

Perform treatments on clients where necessary, depending on qualifications and training.

Complete any required training or courses to deliver existing or new treatments.

Maintain high professional and hygiene standards at all times.

Consultant Management

Coordinate and support a team of 5 existing consultants.

Ensure consultants manage their bookings effectively and work towards filling appointment slots.

Actively recruit and onboard new consultants to increase clinic capacity and operating hours.

Support consultants with basic administrative needs.

Business Growth & Sales

Take ownership of growing the clinic to full capacity.

Use initiative to drive sales, increase bookings, and expand services.

Network to attract new consultants and complementary practices (e.g. skincare, aesthetics).

Identify opportunities to introduce new revenue-generating treatments or services aligned with the clinic’s brand.

Administration

Provide basic administrative support to consultants.

Assist with booking systems, client records, and internal coordination.

Liaise with ownership on performance, opportunities, and operational improvements.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Previous experience in a clinic, salon, or similar healthcare/aesthetic environment (essential).

Ability to work independently and take ownership of clinic performance.

Strong commercial mindset with proven ability to drive sales and growth.

Confident networker, comfortable attracting new consultants and external practitioners.

Excellent organisational and time-management skills.

Basic administrative and IT skills.

Knowledge of hair care, scalp care, or trichology is a strong advantage (but not essential).

Experience in skincare, aesthetics, or allied practices is beneficial.
