Don't let the name put you off, this helps with so much more than Dandruff! This is fab for Dandruff, Psoriasis, Eczema, Dermatitis, Seborrheic Dermatitis etc. Any oily, inflammatory issue of the scalp.
 
The kit is a 3 step system, designed to lift, cleanse & treat. Each part of the puzzle is important - but you can lean on individual products more frequently as needed.
 
Lift with Therarx - Everyone should have a bottle! This is a gently, yet effective exfoliator for the scalp. It will lift natural debris and unnatural debris for an optimal environment for hair to grow.
 
Cleanse with X-Folate - This shampoo with deeply cleanse the scalp. It is packed full of anti-inflammatory ingredients which with sooth, irritated scalps. It also slows down the production of excessive skin cells and removes dead skin cells from the scalp and hair.
 
Treat with Therapeutic - This is an in shower scalp treatment that sooths and tries to return the scalp to a normal PH Level, through its anti-inflammatory ingredients.
 HOW TO USE : 
If you have a particularly congested scalp, you may need to use this more often.
For most – use the kit 3 times the week you get it, twice the second week and once the third week and see how you are. Don’t erupt your scalp in between those washes with a product that won’t keep it calm, just be careful with your choice. That should clear the scalp quite well – and then only use when needed.

Step 1: Therarx – Before your hair wash, brush your hair through. Tilt your head back, distributing the water like product all over your scalp. Massage in and leave there for 5-10 mins (15 mins max, if you have a very congested scalp). After that, hop into the shower – never hot water and never cold water.

Top Tip – Pop a warm, damp towel on your head after you’ve applied your Therarx and leave for 15 mins before the shower.

Step 2: X-Folate Shampoo –

Always shampoo the hair and scalp twice. A euro sized amount of shampoo is more than enough. Create a lather in the hands and pop it into the scalp. Spend 30 seconds massaging the scalp, ignoring the hair. After the 30 seconds rinse well. 

Your second shampoo should be half the amount of product. Again, lathering into the hands and straight onto the scalp, this time you should get a much greater lather even when using half the amount of product. This time involve the ends of your hair very gently and leave for two minutes, bringing under the hairline. Rinse well. 

Step 3: Therapeutic – After your shampoo is rinsed, pop a euro sized amount of this product into the palm of you hands and rub together to activate the product. And like John Travolta in Grease, pull this through your scalp – make sure you’re covering the scalp. Massage into the scalp. Then grab some hair conditioner/mask and pop it into the ends of your hair. Leave both there for 2-3 mins and rinse well.
